im getting an error that reads unknown 0x06,0xf4 im useing verbatim dvds

Try to burn, when you encounter the error message, then copy and paste the log here.

Is it a "Windows" error message or a "ImgBurn" error message? It sounds like a Windows error message.

If you get the error before you even begin to burn, then it can't be ImgBurn. I would try to uninstall and then reinstall ImgBurn.
