Default ImgBurn stupid questions

Ok

Image Burn looks cool, I grabbed all the files I think I need, and installed as directed.

Now for the stupid questions:

1) What do I use to make the ISO file?
1a) Any special instructions to use this ISO software?
2) What about copy protections like Arcos?

These may seem lame but I think I'm missing something here.

EdwardL,

I would use Shrink to create ISO. ImgBurn is just a burning program. Unlike DVDDecrypter that could do much more, ImgBurn just burns. Soup's advice to check out Blutach's signature (all the colored links at the bottom of his posts) is the way to go. You will find endless amounts of terrific information.

Good luck,
CJ

Default I think I get it.

Brain Cramp and it hurt..... I think I've got it figured out. I was using Decrypter and Shrink, PgcEdit, VobBlanker and FixVTS for the DVDs that give me problems and Nero to finish it all of.

ImgBurn is really just a replacement for Nero. Once I have a DVD clean and ready to go I should use Shrink to make an ISO file and use ImgBurn to write the DVD. I can also use PgcEdit to make my ISO and skip Shrink I the file is small enough.

If I'm wrong let me know but I think this covers the gray area I tripped over.

Thanks for the help.
