Default Newbie Help Please

Hi all, I have used DVD Decryper in the past and thought I would give ImgBurn a go.
Problem is that when I insert a DVD the program doesn't recognise that is there. I notice with DVDD that there is an "EDIT" function on the program menu which enadbles you to "select all". This function doesn't appear on ImgBurn. I know this is probably my ignorance as to how to active this function but I have tried everything I can think of without success. Could somone please point this dummie in the right direction please? Your help would be much appreciated

What blanks are you using? What burner and firmware? This would be a function of your burner/media not IB.

Read and implement the Golden Rules of Burning.

You should only use genuine Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden media. Many thanks to www.pcx.com.au for their supply and great service.

So to copy a DVD I should now use DVDD to decrypt it, DVD shink to shrink it, then ImgBurn to burn it? Have I got this right? Thanks

I think that is the way I do it, but you can set up 1 click after dvdd decrypt, follow Cynthia guide to change dvdd burn by Imgburn
