Default AV Delay & XMPEG

Hey all,

I have been trying to convert a dvd using smart ripper and xmpeg only. Problem is there is an AV delay of -92ms and it throws the entire movie out of sync. Even at the start of the movie the video either is too fast or the audio is lagging behind something huge.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
Or could help point me in the right direction?

Thanks
