I have a million 650 MB cdrs but no 700MB, and I have all of these divx movies that are 680-725MB. Is there an easy way to cram it onto one 650MB cd without screwing the quality? Or should I just burn 100MB on a second cd ( I hate to waste the cdr, but if I have to...)?

You can use Virtualdub to cut off the end credits and hopefully, the end results are DivX movies equal to or smaller than 650MB. An easier way, though, is to buy 700MB CDs. I'm surprised you don't have any of them.
