Question-2 Dimensions must be mulitple of 4?

when i try to convert with xmpeg i keep getting the message 'dimensions must be multiple of 4' what does it mean? multiple of 4 for what? what needs to be multiple of 4?
please help thanks

Most likely, the program is referring to the video resolution. Examples of usable ones are 640x480, 512x384, etc.
