Default GKnot -- Encoding a part of a movie?

Hi,

Using GKnot, how can I encoding only a interested part of a movie, for example, from 00:20:00 to 1:10:00 ? Thanks.

The easiest way to do that would be to set the start and end points in DVD2AVI, before saving the project file.

But why would you do such a thing ?

In DVD2AVI, it seems there is no option for setting the start and end positions whould you point me to?

The purposes I want to do that are:

1, Some DVD movie combine two movies into one disc. For example, some cartoons.

2, I want to do a test and check the result before make any real decision.
