Default How 2 Resize after encoding?

I have encoded all the DVD into divX and have cropped it. However i would like 2 reduce the resolution/size (eg 640*386) as i dont want 2 keep it at 720 cos its more efficient at 640.

How do i do this without recoding all of it again?

You have to reencode, either repeating the entire ripping process (best), OK if you still have have the vobs and DVD2AVI project file on HD you can skip these steps.

Or you can reencode the avi file in vdub/nandub. using a resize filter.
