Unhappy How do I use LCL ( Loss-Less Codec)?

I have downloaded the codec LCL and installed it , but I don't know what encoder I should use so I can compress my AVI files.
I have tryed FlaskMPEG, but it doesn't allow me to import AVI files.
Please, your help would be really apreciated.

Flask does not read avi files, use virtualdub instead.
Donate your idle CPU time for something usefull.
