Default Limit processor duty in GKnot

Is there a way to limit processor duty in GKnot like in Flask ?

Limit as in set the priority mode? If you use GK to create an avisynth frameserver, which will be used by another encoding tool, such as Virtualdub (actually this is the only way I know of using GK), you can set the priority thread in the VD status window (during encoding).
