Default Mainconcept MPEG Encoder best settings for VCD?

I've read from lots of users that Mainconcept is a valid alternative to Tmpgenc for divx/xvid conversion to mpeg1 (videocd).
I just need an advice from you on which are the best settings for an high-quality output.....any idea?
Thanks in advance to all replies

Default

would have thought there are presets for VCD/SVCD\DVD which puts all the settings in for you. I thought that if you change the bitrate to a higher setting then it wont meet vcd standard.
