Question Nandub question

question:

when encoding with nandub a status window pops up. among the information given, is the "projected file size". Ok, i can understand that this probably is the estimated avi size (isn't it?). Now, during the first pass, i have read that nandub overrides any codec or quality settings and simulates an encoding with the highest possible quality, according to which, it generates the stats file. So, is it wise to say that the "projected file size" reported while nandub is finishing up with the first pass is actually the avi size if one was to encode with the highest bitrate possible (say... 6000)??? Or have I messed everything up and I am just talking rubbish?

thank u and goodbye!
