Unhappy-2 Converting multiple .avis to .mpg

I have been using Cucusofts's AVI to VCD/DVD to convert my .avi files into mpeg2 format.

I have about 100 .avi files I want to convert so I can put them on DVD but I am tired of converting one file at a time. Each file (30 minutes) takes about 1.5-2 hours to convert on my AMD Athlon XP 2700+ and I usually only get to 3 or 4 a day because I am doing other things as well.

I need a way to convert all the files in order one after the other.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I thought you could use XING-Encoder to make that do 1 after another?
