Default DivXland exports Encore at 23.976 incorrectly

I'm trying to subtitle a feature and have been having to edit all the time codes manually from a 24 FPS exported file because the formula the program uses does not correctly set the timecode for Adobe Encore. It's supposed to be hh;mm;ss;ff yes it exports hh;mm;ss;zzzzz.

If anyone has some kind of software to quickly fix this for me that would be great because editing this by hand is driving me crazy!

Also, do you know of any other subtitling software that correct exports to Encore 23.976 FPS?
