Default Media subtitler, weird outcome

Hi everyone !

Can anybody help me to sort this mess out !

I added subs to my movie by using the tutorial for media subtitler, found on the web.
I went through the all steps. No error message was displayed, but after encoding, the result was terrible. The first half of the subs are missing, and
they are not synchronizing with the audio. It was quite bite waste of time.
Grrrrrr !

Try using VirtualDub to embed the subtitles manually... but then again, the result obtained depends on the subtitle file.
