Unhappy-2 a problem when I Save file to "Adobe Encode [txt]" format

please cheak snapshot:

i use Chinese font, but it work on the other format (.srt .ssa .sub)

i found Adobe Encode subtitle file encoding by "Unicode, UTF-16 little endian", but Media Subtitler not use this.
