Default AC3 from divx to dvd

Hi all,

Probably the question isn't new..
I want to extract the ac3 stream from a divx and burn it to (video)dvd. I Ripped the stream with virtualdub, size approx. 380 mb.

Can anybody tell me how to burn this file so i get a 5.1 ac3 stream on my dvd?
I already tried to add this ac3 stream to ifoedit (with the videofile ofcourse) but got no sound..

Please help..
Thanx

First of all you can use a dvd authoring program to insert ac3. The program may be Sonic Scenarist, Spruce up DVD Maestro...
A few questions: is you ac3 file really ac3? I mean - can you play it separately? Then: do you want to make dvd-audio or just want to add one more track to dvd?
