Default Anyone tried mkv2m2ts Pro or anything .NET 4?

I noticed this tool:

http://www.videohelp.com/tools/mkv2m2ts_Pro

Looks like it may be useful but I'm reluctant to put .NET 4.0 on just for one software. Esp. since 4 is new it may be buggy or otherwise a pita.

Has anyone tried this mkv2m2ts tool? Or anything new with .NET 4.0 runtime install or whatever it puts on?

Right now I'm using Popcorn audio converter to go from DTS to AC3 and then just tsMuxer to output .m2ts. The screen shot to this thing looks like it has some nice options. But I'm leery of being a .NET 4.0 guinea pig.

Also I click the link to go to author's site and it hangs.

I've seen MediaCoder around for a long time but I haven't tried it as yet. I was just sort of curious if anyone has done anything .NET 4 since this program looked interesting, but I didn't want to be the first on the block to put it on. Mainly because the installer for a .NET runtime in the past usually said something about a runtime being installed to run the program. This just hits you with .NET 4 license with not much clue exactly what it's going to put on your system. A Restore Point doesn't necessarily fix everything.

But I will take a look at MediaCoder since you recommend it.
Thanks.

i'm not entirely suree it will handle m2ts container perfectly fine but i have cut a couple of interesting sequences from BD lately and used mediacoder to reduce the videobitrate down to something that will meet AVCHD standards and used TS as output container, which worked fine
