Default Authoring for mpeg

Anyone recommend a programme for authoring, [in particular add chapters breaks] to movies captured in mpeg2-have ulead movie factory but is quite basic, it does chapters but dosen't seem to link em together.

For breaking the video file, try either VirtualDub or TMPGenc. Theyre good and reliable programs, although TMPGenc is mostly for converting, its still good.

Neither will VDub or TMPGEnc...

(In addition to which, VDub doesn't handle MPEG2)
