Default choose subtitles

Hi!

I have divx and xvid movies that i have srt and ssa subtitles for..
I've used virtualdub & tmpgenc to get permanent subtitles on the movies, but i don't really want that..

How can I do the DVD with the choise of subtitle or not subtitle.. or maby different language like most of all bought DVD's has..??

Wich authoring software is best for this and how can i convert the subs..?

Hi Mickeey.
First convert your subtitles to microDVD format (there are a lot of tools to do it). Then use DVDSupTools11 from www.doom9.org which converts microDVD subtitles to "sup" format supported by "ifoedit" authoring program. Feed ifoedit with audio and video track (encoded as necessary) as well as "sup" files to create your long-waited DVD.
