Default Choosing default language and subtitles

On some DVDs I want to have two languages. Is there a way to select one of those languages as the default so that my DVD player will select this one automatically. Off course, I can set a default language in the setup of my player but for some disks I want language A as for other disks language B to be the default language.

The same goes for subtitles, can I set the on/off state of subtitles per disk, so that some disks show them by default as others do not?
