Question combing audio & video files created by Adobe Primier

I have some audio and video files created by Adobe Premier 6.5 that I believe are MPEG-2 files. I want to combine them so I can put them on CD for distribution. The file extension on the video files are .m2v and the sound files are .wav

I'm told the files were created for DVD authoring. Both the audio and the video files can be played by Windows Media Player. They are compressed files. The audio files are 48KHz, 16-bit, stereo, PCM.

I'd like to create a single, combined audio/video files so anyone with a newer PC or MAC can view them. The clips are about 7 minutes long. I tried to use TMPGEnc.exe to do a simple multiplex.

The video file is selected OK, but when I try to select the corresponding audio file I get this error message.

Multiplexing Linear PCM stream to system stream is not supported

My end goal is to create enhanced CD's that can be played in any music CD player. Then when you stick it in a computer, the music videos can be played on screen. I'd like for it to play at DVD quality if possible. If I need to reduce the playback quality so it will play smoothly, what's the best way to do it?

I don't have access to the original video files that Premiere used to create these compressed files, but I do have the program. I also have Sound Forge 6 so I can convert the audio to other formats is necessary.

Thank you for your help.

Default Setarip answered it

Setarip gave me an answer to solve this problem in the SVCD authoring section.
