Default Dolby Digital and Dolby Surround

I would like to know if there was any way to convert Dolby Surround to Dolby Digital 5.1 not 2.0

SoftEncode has been discontinued by Sonic Foundry. There is no way to get it.

Do you know of any other tool?

Default Dolby Digital is AC3 right ?

there is a few ways to convert the Vob's on your DVD to an AC3 file, I used in GraphEdit, U can get guide on using it in:
