Unhappy dvd is shaky and distorted


im using premiere 6.5 to edit..i export that as mpeg then i author in sonic foundry dvd and burn in nero. but when i play it in my dvd player the edges of people are strained and its shaky. i have tried dvdit and the same thing happens. i have used several different dvd players and its the same problem. after exporting from adobe these files play perfectly on my comp. after rendering in sonic foundry dvd the files are the right .fob and .iso video and audio ts so im so confused. any suggestions? thanks

I haven't used sonic foundry or dvdit, but maybe your authoring-software reencodes the video. If the video allready is MPEG, the authoring-software should keep the old format.
