Default DVDLab "Out of Memory"

We've given DVD Lab a try and it produces a constant Memory error which is disturbing. We cant even put a video out to DVD. We're on a NTFS file system and have WinXP installed. We're using m2v and .wav files for assets.

Any help?

Fair enough...

Pentium 4 2.53 ghz
512 MB ram
C: 100gb (56gb unused)
G: 200gb (46gb unused) (usually have 100gb of free space but filled atm with our projects)

Windows XP Home Edition

Right now we're using a crummy Dazzle Card to capture in Mpeg 1 and 2 directly to hard drive. We're demuxing using TmpENC and Awave Audio.
