Default Merging AVI file with sound file?

I got to moviefiles in avi. The one has good picture-quality but bad sound. The other has good sound and bad picture-quality.
I have removed the sound on the one with good picture quality, but now I don't know what to do?!

How do I take the good sound-quality from the other file and merge to the file with the good picture-quality?

http://www.doom9.org/virtualdub_procedures.htm

AVIMuxGUI may be even easier.
Just right click on the upper window and first add ur video file, then the audio file and mux the two.

The virtual-dub manual looks way too complicated for me.

Can't It really be done easier than this?!

Well, AVIMuxGUI is as easy as it can be. Download the latest version(the1.17.8 binary). Extract the file into a folder and run AVIMuxGUI from there. No need to install. There is a manual too for download.
In the meantime post the file info of both the files using Mediainfo.

@mikkidk

Please TRY some of the suggestions instead of just saying they are too hard. Read some of the manuals and guides. This is not a hard procedure.

Regards

Question

Hi Paglamon & Blu,

Just curious what version of Windows OS are you guys running? I am asking to see how is it you guys have "No Compatibility Issues" with some of these Freewares!!!

For example the Author of AVI-Mux GUI ... specifically warns that his latest version 1.17.8 will NOT work with Vista!!!

Thanks,

G!
