Question mpeg-2 encoding time

Could anyone help me with a "general idea" of how long it would take to encode a 65 minute video in MPEG-2. I'm using a G5, Dual 2Ghz, and Apple Compressor. Using 5Mbps,2-Pass VBR,4:3. It has been going for hours, this being my first longer proj. I'm wondering if there is a problem. (it is progressing, just very, very slowly)

thanks

"2-Pass VBR"

This is the cause of your slow processing...
