Default Split/Join MPEG2 + AC3 without re-encoding?

I'm looking for the good tool to do some basic editing on MPEG2 (DVD compiant) file with AC-3 sound.
All I need is to cut and join some MPEG2 and some AC3... but I don't want to reencode!
Do you have any idea?

Thanks for your help!

Womble's MPEG-VCR should do exactly what you need.

Thank you all..
I've actualy tried all theses software.
MPEG2VCR is really the best for cuting/joining MPEG2-AC3 files. It just look a bit old and have some probleme during playing the file (on my computer at least) but the produced file is perfect! I also tried the MPEG Wizard 2003, which is the more advanced tool from the same company, but it mess with the file: I have kinda loop at the end of each sceen when I join files... too bad cause it's really the ULTIMATE tool for playing with MPEG/AC3 without reencoding... it even let you add title, transition and reencode only the changed part! Exelant!
MPEG2CUT don't let me edit my file when I import then...
AVI_MPEG_RM_WMV ****ed up with the AC-3...
Chopper works great but it's not precise enough... it only let me place a Mark In/Out every seconds.. sometimes I want to be more precises... plus, it can't join several files...

Voila, it's my conclusion!

ever heard of smart render of video studio 7 and svrt of power director. both do same thing thatis just encoding whats edited and ignoring all other part of movie.

though i guess powerdirector's svrt is better, but both tools ar'nt free
