The video look like it do in VOB. I can get the main menu to come up but after that it nothing. I have try download free software not it will show thw menu.

Anyone know of software I can change it in to other format. If I can get the chapter that work be ok. Thanks

You can try IfoEdit. It has a button to create the .ifo files from the vobs.

Or you could try Vob2MPG. There's both a free and paid version. The free one is good enough to convert a vob title set into one .mpg file.

If all else fails you could convert to .avi using any number of converters.
I would try IfoEdit first. If it can recreate the ifo files it's very fast. Might be all you need to fix it up.
