Default Intel plans hardware HD DVD, Blu-ray support for Santa Rosa (new Centrino platform)

Intel is looking to add hardware decoding for HD DVD/Blu-ray to it's newly released Santa Rosa platform, so that the latest notebooks will be able to play these movies without having a melt down.
