Default How to remove/extract 1 movie out of the 3 ?

Hi All..

Using DVDflick, I managed to put 3 movies (.AVI) onto 1 DVD with the DVD folders (VIDEO_TS) correctly created, all is perfect + the menus created by DVD flick for all the 3 movies, all is fine & the output is brilliant. Now, what i need to do is extract just 1 movie out of the 3 from the VIDEO_TS folder....is this possible ?

The above movies i have on DVD as well as the video_ts folder on my hard drive !!

...thks all.
