Default mkv to iso error--Could not create piped process

I have gotten the same error on 2 different mkv files which I am trying to convert to .iso:

2003 from dvdflick: Could not create piped process. System error code 2

The instant I hit the "create dvd" button I get this error.

I am using DVD Flick build 720 .

Any suggestions?

I'd try flick and

Seems like what crashes it varies with the version.
If it gives the same error on all three then maybe it's something
with the source files.

btw you can install multiple versions of flick side by side.
Just install into distinct folders.

Thanks Milesahead.
yeah, good idea.
Where would I get v1.2.2.1?

Thanks blutach.
The program works very well for me. Usually I go from .avi to .iso and then burn the iso with Magic ISO. Dvd Flick always been 100% on the money all the time.

I took down the 1221 and it made an iso.
Then I took down the 1304 and it worked also.
Probably just a bug in the 1302.

My gratitude speaks to all for your help.
