Default Ac3 ==> Mp3

I need to convert my audio from AC3 to MP3 using one application as Gordian Knot fails to do so for some reason.

I am currently using 'AC3 decoder' to convert to Wav and then 'Streembox Ripper' to convert to MP3. This takes twice the time.

Any Suggestions?

i used doom9 guide. But it said the following message:

Time(????): Final Avi Size than intermediate files.
Time(????): Something went wrong. NOT deleting intermediate files
Done

This resulting in the audio an d video not being muxed.

I cant post the log file as i started another rip.

Just giving more options:

You can also use vob2audio then convert the wav in wavelab and downsample it to 44.1KHz or use some other type of MP3 software to convert it.

But I am just helping and giving more options. Although there is nothing wrong with Besweet.

I'll try

This is the command that fails:

LAME: Encoding C:\Documents and Settings\Family\Desktop\Compa\pb AC3 T01 3_2ch 384Kbps DELAY 0ms.wav Commandline: C:\DOCUME~1\Family\MYDOCU~1\Jessie\Internet\DVDRIP ~1\Appz\COMPRE~1\GORDIA~1\lame.exe --alt-preset 160 "C:\Documents and Settings\Family\Desktop\Compa\pb AC3 T01 3_2ch 384Kbps DELAY 0ms.wav" "C:\Documents and Settings\Family\Desktop\Compa\pb AC3 T01 3_2ch 384Kbps DELAY 0ms.mp3" 16:25:19: Finished. Duration: 0 seconds. 16:25:19: Audio Done.

Please check that the file

C:\DOCUME~1\Family\MYDOCU~1\Jessie\Internet\DVDRIP ~1\Appz\COMPRE~1\GORDIA~1\lame.exe

Exist.

Or maybe the commandline is simply too long.

OK I just checked at doom9's, you might have to install lame3.92 on top of the current file, if you want --alt-preset to work.

Nahh, don't thank me, we should thank The Wef, for creating a great tool. With the log file, trubleshooting problems like this, becomes so much easier.
