Default AC3 Audio Problem

I Encoded Halloween Resurrection with DivX 5.02 Pro. I downloaded Virtualdub with the AC3 Plug-in and the audio and video combined but the sound of the audio is making a jerking noise all through out the audio. Is there anyway to bypass that?

define jerking please

is it stuttering?

i suggest using nandub for muxing and be aware you should set the apropriate INTERLEAVING VALUES when muxing!

take a look at my guide to lok up the settings for ac3 muxing. click the upper anigif and go for the MUXING part of my guide.
