Default AutoGK - Found different number of frames

Hi. Recently I started to notice warning message within Autogk,
I get this warning,...

[2007-10-28 10:56:07] Output will contain 33356 frames
....
[2007-10-28 11:16:18] Warning! Found different number of frames: 33397

There is a difference of 41 Frames, I tried with GordianKnot and it does the same thing.
I also tried the same thing with a win98 Computer and it does exactly the same.
The DVD had been ripped with DVD Decrypter.

Is it a `Normal` Warning message or the Frame count should be exact?

Thank you very much for the help.
Bronislaw
