Default FairUse Wizard Question

I have the full version of this program and its allways worked perfect for me.
I got an error today "bad data format" I read on a site that this happens
at time of final encode when the bit rate is off or something to that effect.
I have allso read about a patch that will fix this. But I cant find squat on the
net nor can I find it on thier website. Anyone have any insite on this matter?
I was going to post something on the forum that FairUse Wizard recomended
But the forum looked kind cheezy, And I thought I would get a better responce
here. thanks in advance.
