Angry-2 detect force error HELP HELLP

I recently bought the movie 'Y tu mama tambien" its in spanish but i bought it here in the US. I used -smartripper to rip the movie but when i go to the next step which is dvdx and tried to encode the movie it gives me two errors one says something about MPEG2DEC Too much sample, Try other frame rate or change "Detect/Force 24 hz' flag) 24 and the other i cant remember. is it giving me errors becouse it's an import....
I was able to rip just not encode it
As you can tell im a new bee so if you help me please make it understandable...
any help will be appreciated...
