Cool-2 .ogm file viewing

In need of assistance!!! I have a .ogm file but can't figure out how to view it? Do i need to decompress it or something?

thanx!!! so is there anyway ic an convert this .ogm file to say an avi or something so i can make a VCD or eve DVD?

sure can, i use tmpgenc, tmpgenc dvd author, virtualdub, and dbpoweramp for OGG to wav audio conversion, to put on dvd.
