Question P4 & DivX 4.11 ?

Dear friends,

Whether there are no somewhere in Internet tests of new DivX 4.11 on various CPU?
If to trust those tests, that I found, previous codecs, in which was without Intel P-IV optimization, demonstrated only 10% advantage of P-IV 1.5GHz (with i845 chipset) above AMD Duron 1.1GHz, and 35% advantage of AMD AtlonXP 1500+ above it Intel P-IV. But appearance of DivX 4.11 should something change?
I would like to acquire the computer for playing of DivX/MPEG4 movies of anyone pixel size, with real-time filters improving picture quality (such as in Sasami2k player).
I would like to acquire the computer with the best DivX productivity / price ratio, which will allow to view any movies in full-screen mode without interruptions and delays even at usage of complex real-time filters.
Big thanks.
