Default Removing all codecs?

Can anyone tell me how I can remove all divx codecs from my computer so that I can reinstall all of them from scratch? I have had some problems with encoding to divx so I would like to remove everything and reinstall them, but by running the uninstall it doesn't remove all of the files, I can still play back divx movies, so is there any way of completely wiping all the files?

The Tsunami Filter Pack has a prog called Codec-Sniper which allows you to remove codecs.
