Did you use a VCD template?

I just reread your post and seen it a DVD your trying to create.
Again, you should use a DVD template in TMPGEnc.
File/Project Wizard (or CTRL-W)

Get the latest TMPGEnc encoder (demo has 30day MPEG-2 creation)

Install FFDShow and tick XviD during install.

Doublecheck settings in TMPGEnc.
