Default Lagging, or maybe lost frames?

I don't think I've done anything to alter my system, but some Xvid files I used to be able to run perfectly fine, now jump around, like there are lost frmes or something. The video is really jerky. Unlike other problems I've had though, the video and sound aren't getting out of sync, and my CPU utilization isn't going above 65-70% or so. I'm using BSPlayer, and if the file is 100%zoomed or full screen, there are no problems, and it runs smoothly. It's only when I 200% zoom it, or double size it. I've never had this problem before, so I'm not sure what could be causing it... I'm running a GeForce 3 with 64mb video RAM, 512mb system RAM on a Pentium 4 2.0GHz Win2K system. I have the 9-23 ffdshow and 12-03 Xvid codecs installed. Thanks.
