Have you been able to play any other dvds with 3 movies before on your dvd player or is it just this particular disc? Is it a DL disc, one of my players will not play DL disc, works fine on the other one and computer.

yes, this is one particular disc which is not playing.I have been able to play other dvds with more than 3 movies on my dvd player.and disk is not Dual layer.Even if it is,it shouldn't give problem for just reading, right?

Some players won't read the DL's. I thought maybe it was a DL since you said it had 3 movies on it. Some players and burners are pickier then others. Maybe the disc has some kind of damage to it that your pc can read but your stand alone can't. You might try cleaning it.

Good Luck,

If you have 3 movies on ONE single layer disc that has to be so compressed if it did play it would look and sound like crap.

Singel layer disc 1 movie dual layer one movie uncompressed or 2 movies compressed. See the golden rules of burning in my sig.
