In SUPER, under "Select output container" you already have the option to choose "Microsoft-zune(mp4)".Once you select that, the video and audio codecs are automatically selected.

Default Movavi has a very easy tool for convertions

It has multiple presets as well as for Zune.
It is as easy as choosing "Zune" from the preset menu and Synching it afterwords. Theres a tutorial here for it...

I am using a My-Company-Spams-Forums video converter, and in it, MP4 video for Zune supports several video codecs like MPEG4, XVID, H.264.

As to the audio codec, AAC is the best choice.

The audio and video codec for Zune should be the same, although we are using the different program.

So you can try the codec I mentioned above!
