Default Problem with playback of Microsoft Video 1

I used CRAM (Microsoft Video 1) as my codec for a video, and now when I play the video back, it plays it about 10 times too fast. What do I do to fix this problem so that the playback speed is normal? Any suggestions would be really appreciated.
