Default questions for dvb-s and dvb-s2

Hi,all.

Regarding satellite receiver,there are dvb-s satellite receiver and dvb-s2 satellite receiver. I wanna know the difference between these 2 satellite receivers. Is the difference between these 2 receivers's coding? or others?

Since you manufature DVB devices, shouldn't you know about these things anyway? If not, then your customers are in a lot of trouble.
