Question-2 What is Mini DVD?

What is Mini DVD? I am completly lost some one explain it to me.

miniDVD is essentially a DVD remastered to
fit onto a regular CD. "Remastered" can mean
many things depending on how much you
wanna do: could be just reducing the bitrate
(so it'll fit onto a couple CDs), but it could also
mean creating your own (possibly animated)
menu sequences, which is very time-consuming.
