Question-2 wmav/wmv

hello..are these 2 types of files consider the same..??

wmav/ wmv


If so, how can I convert them to a DVD?

If not, how can I convert wmav to a DVD?

guessing its a wmv file with the wrong extention, you could use tmpgenc to encode to mpeg2 or avisynth directshowsource()
