Default AutoGK: How to make multiple soft internal subs

I'm trying to make an XVID of a film with multiple language and subtitle tracks. I don't have any trouble with the languages, but AutoGK only permits me to check one subtitle. What do I need to do?

Make your avi file WITHOUT the subs. Then mux the multiple subs into the avi using AVIMUxGUI.
