Angry-2 TMPGEnc does not support file? HELP!

I am trying to convert an .avi file with the following detail, but TMPGEnc gives me a message that the file is not supported when i load as the video source. The file loaded as the audio source is accepted.? I can view the file just fine on my Windows MEdia Player, sio I know it is not corrupted. Are there settings I need to change? Please help . Thanks, Pete.

Default

1) Load the .AVI file into VirtualDub or NanDub

2) From the "File" dropdown menu, select "File Information"

3) Post (here) EVERYTHING you see (both video and audio information), or post a screen capture .jpg of the information box

"Decompressor Uncompressed RGB24"

This is a fake file. A one hour video of Uncompressed 24-bit color would probably be hundreds of GIGABYTES in size.

It's obvious that this is a file you've downloaded. In the future, questions related to such sources should be posted to the "P2P" sub-forum here...
